ericaERICA HELLER

Erica has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002. She has since completed coursework to become certified in myofascial release, oncology massage and scar tissue mobilization, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage. Erica roots her practice in a knowledge and understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. A deeper intuition often helps in guiding her to make positive changes in clients’ bodies. She sees a variety of clients, including cancer patients, individuals with chronic pain or edema, and people that just need to de-stress and relax. She works as an independent practitioner at the Cowel Cancer Center in Traverse City. Erica loves being outdoors, reading, doing mama stuff, watching films, crafting, and lifting weights!

I feel honored to provide people with a safe place to be present with their physical bodies, and allow the release of chronic pain and stresses from everyday life, illness or emotional distress.
