Stephanie Witala told her Fulfillament story in January 2019. This was her bio at the time:
“Stephanie has helped build the events program over the past few years at Black Star Farms as the Events Manager and Chef. She is and energetic mother of three, and a highly motivated and passionate professional in the culinary arts and hospitality industry. She has always loved working with people and creating experiences that are special and memorable whether it be on a plate at the dining table or in the production of an organized event.”
By writing her story, she realized that she actually was built to be an entrepreneur, and after her talk she quit with Black Star, and began Sunrise 2 Sunset Events, coordinating events at The Cathedral Barn at Historic Barns Park, and then went on to start S2S | Sugar 2 Salt, a locally focused and seasonally driven breakfast restaurant and catering kitchen located in The Village at Grand Traverse Commons.
